Marisa Martinez is a retired civilian law enforcement veteran with 25 years of experience in the industry. She provided grounds security and emergency dispatch services for UT Southwestern Medical Center Police Department in Dallas before moving to a suburban police department. Here, she spent over two decades in the Records Division, Open Records Office, and Crime Prevention Unit serving the community.

Marisa is fiercely passionate about pets and caring for and protecting others, and she wants to care for your own and your pet's needs and protect your home while you're away.

Marisa is married with two very precocious cats, Ellie and Gracie, and a deaf step-dog, Helen, who LOVES to go hiking and camping with her 'hoomans'. In her spare time, Marisa enjoys playing chess, hiking, camping, scuba diving, traveling, and visiting national parks with her spouse. She is an active member of her church, serving on the tech team, the host team, the elder leadership team, and as an adult leader of the church youth group.
