What services do you offer?
We offer pet sitting, house sitting, and various concierge services. Can't get off work to meet the repair tech? Need help setting up 'smart devices' in your home? Can't get home in time to bring the groceries in and put them in the fridge and freezer? We can take care of these tasks and more for you. Can I pay you to clean my house?
While we're more than happy to discuss providing services not explicitly listed on our website, we do not clean houses. We feel you're better served by contracting with a dedicated house cleaning service since they have all needed supplies by default and know every trick of the trade to get your home looking its shiny best.
Do you offer flat rates for ongoing/permanent services?

Can I drop off my pet for you to look after?
We don't currently offer drop-off service and are only able to look after your pets in your own home.
Do you care for dog breeds deemed 'aggressive'?
We make this decision on a case-by-case basis and need to meet you and your pet in person in order to properly evaluate your circumstances. Do I have to have a pet to use your house sitting services?
You sure don't. We offer house sitting whether you have pets or not. We can drop in up to twice daily or stay in your home overnight. Please see our 'Base Packages' page for more information and to review pricing for our services.
How do I know if you come out to my neighborhood?
Our primary service area covers far northeast Dallas County and southeast Collin County. We do serve areas farther out for an additional fee, which is assessed dependent upon on distance. We reserve the right to decline service to any area for any reason.
How do I know if you're the right person for the job?
We provide all new clients with a free initial meet-and-greet. We want to get to know you and your pet(s), answer every question you may have, and make sure you and your pet(s) are comfortable with us and our service. Can I book you over a holiday?
We can certainly schedule bookings over holidays. Please know that there is an additional 'holiday premium' charged for the day before, the day of, and the day after a holiday. All other days within the same service period are charged at the standard rate. (Other providers often charge an additional daily fee for every day of a service period that covers a holiday). Please see the 'Our Policies' page for more information.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, and credit cards. QR codes for Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal payments are included on all quote forms and invoices and can be provided by email.
When do I pay you for your services?
If paying by cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal: A deposit of 50% of the quote is due upon signing/acceptance of the quote. The remainder is due at the conclusion of service.
If paying by credit card: Full payment can be made at the conclusion of service, with a credit card on file.
Please note that credit card payments do incur an additional 2% fee. We split the fee with you and cover everything over 2%.
